Is there a way to clone a issue per attachment though automation?

Is there a way to automatically split out the attachments of an issue into its own task automatically per attachment?

Just like the image below. Ideally, I would like the specific attachment to also move into that issue if possible but not necessary if it's not possible.

Are you asking to to create an issue per attachment? Or are you asking to create an issue and move the corresponding attachment to the corresponding issue?

im not sure if it is possible, but I’m trying to understand the end goal.
