Is it possible to connect JIRA Cloud with an Outlook collective account?

Hi,

one of our teams uses a collective email account. For example like "sales@domain.com" for all members of the sales team. Everyone receives theses mails.

Is it possible to connect the JIRA Cloud APP for Outlook (Offical) to such an collective email account?
