We are looking for a functionality where, users can send an email to particular (Jira) email id. Jira will create ticket based on content of the email. Email subject becomes title, email body becomes description and email recipient becomes assignee of the ticket.

Are the issues going to be created in a Jira Work Management project, a Jira Software project, or a Jira Service Management project?
Are you working with Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center? If the URL is like https://<something>.atlassian.net then you are working with Jira Cloud.
There are documents for how to configure the system to create issues from emails but providing the right document links to you depends on the answers to the above questions.
