The Better Excel Export app comes with a Excel report template committed-vs-completed-report.xlsx which allows aggregating committed and actually-complete story points by project, sprint, epic, etc. It produces a native Excel pivot table (and pivot chart) you can freely re-configure!

You can find other Jira Software Excel reports in the export sample gallery.

(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. Free for 10 users!)

Hola @Jorge Lemus ,

Hello,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

It is not possible to get that information with native Jira functionality for past sprints.

JQL is intended to get you the current information about issues, not information about the state of the issue at some time in the past.

The total of Committed and Completed for each sprint is not stored in a manner that it can be accessed through either JQL filters nor the REST API.

Committed requires knowing what issues were assigned to the sprint when it was started and the estimation value at that time. After the sprint is started issues may be added and removed and the estimation values may be changed.

Completed requires know what issues were assigned to the sprint and completed at the time the sprint was closed, and knowing the estimation value for the issues at that time. After the sprint ends, statuses of issue may be changed and the estimation values may also be changed.

In addition, each issue keeps track of all the sprints it has ever been assigned to, as long as the issue is not subsequently removed from the sprint. But it does not note in the issue if the issue was assigned to the sprint at the time the sprint was started.

You may be able to find a third party app in the Atlassian Marketplace that has found a method to extract this information.

Report velocity of all sprints with jql

I want to make a JIRA report in filters where I can export to Excel the speed of all the sprints of each version since what JIRA gives are only the last sprints
