I want to add information boxes to my customer portal without using ProForma.
I need to still be able to filter my tickets by values in custom fields and I don't want to work double by first creating a custom field in JIRA and then creating this field again in ProForma and linking it to the custom field.
So is there any app or way to create a ProForma looking issue in customer portal without using the acutal app?
