Incorporating Capacity (days / hours)

We do have Software but projects are created as Team Managed in Work Management.

I would like to add Capacity / Resource based on Hours for individual team members as well as teams.

Note that we DO NOT use Agile or Sprints for planning

Jira Work Management does not include functionality for Capacity / Resource management.

If you are not open to using Jira Software and Sprints for capacity management then you will need to look at a third party option, such as Tempo Planner Resource Planning . You can find other possible solutions in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Note that I have not used any such app myself, and am not able to endorse any of them nor provide assurances that they will meet your needs and work with Team Managed Work Management projects.
