I would like to find out how to add more filters to the help center

we have different holdings under the one company I would like to find out how we could add more filters under the requests side for a user as it currently only shows the main company as follows I need the other companies listed in there as well

Hi @Timothy Winterbottom 

On this dropdown you see:

• Created by me
• Organizations in which you're
• All 

It's impossible to add any custom filters here. If your users don't see more organizations (companies) on the list, it means they're not added to them.

If you need more customized pages with a Requests list, you have to use an add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace.
