In "Business Project", I understand that there are Sub-task in Task. But is it able to add another Sub-task in already existing sub-task?
@Riki YAMASHITA You can create a sub-task under a Task but you will not be able to create sub-task under another sub-task. In case you are looking for creating 2 sub-task under one task then this is possible. This is due to the issue hierarchy in place.
Thanks so much for the reply. Too bad that creating a sub-task under sub-task is not possible, I was wondering if I could make somethink like below:
TASK
- 1st sub-task: IT dept
- 2nd sub-task: configuration
- 2nd sub-task: testing
- 2nd sub-task: go-live
- 1st sub-task: HR dept
- 2nd sub-task: prepare documents
- 2nd sub-task: announcement
- 1st sub-task: Marchandise dept
- 2nd sub-task: finalize the product price
- 2nd sub-task: confirmation with HQ
- 2nd sub-task: communicate with IT dept
Anyway, thanks for the information!

I totally understand your ask here. At this time, this functionality isn't currently available in the product. However, we do have an open feature request for this here: JRACLOUD-4446-Sub-issues should be able to contain their own sub-issues.
Please be sure to watch it, and vote on it, so that you're notified if this is implemented in a future release.

Glad to know that I'm not the only who wants this functionality in the system!
