Where are you looking at that? Can you share a screenshot?
This would usually be that you don't have Jira Software installed.

I am assuming that this is on the Project creation screen where things are a bit confusing..
You can change the application at the bottom of the left side column, which is a bit difficult to see. Once you choose Jira Software for example, then you will see Kanban and Scrum again on the right side.
