I created a simple workflow, using a graphic interface. I don't see a tab to view the interface.

A few weeks after I created the workflow, I don't see a tab to enter the graphic interface to make changes to the workflow.

Go to admin -> issues -> workflows and find your workflow, there will be an edit button next to it.  If this takes you to a text/list based view of the workflow, look above it slightly for the "diagram" view.
