I am new to Jira, I am not able to see much of the project settings in my page, I have attached a picture. I am the org-admin for my domain. I am not seeing any options like summary, issue types, etc. How can I enable the option to see all project settings.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You are working with a Team Managed project. Notice the text in the lower left corner of the screen. And it is a Business/Work Management project. The options that you see are the only Project Settings options available for such a project.
If the project was Company Managed you would see different options.
Note that Team Managed projects and Company Managed projects have different architectures, so the options available in Project Settings will be different.
Note that "Issue Types" actually is present.
What specifically are you trying to do that you think requires one of the options that is "missing"?
You need to have a project admin permission to see those options. Hope it helps!
