I cannot add a specific user name in the field setup post function.

Greetings everyone!

Can anyone suggest how to correctry add a user to a field setup post function so that it receives the value? 

For example, I want a post function that adds "Andrew Parker" to the list of approvers (custom filed) after the transition.

I have tried the followings, but did not work.

Try using andrew.parker or you could use the account ID for the user.

Is it possible to add Automation for Jira instead of Andrew Parker to the list?

Absolutely - that was going to be my next suggestion. 

Just create a rule for Issue transitioned then do a new action for Edit issue. 

Choose the field and select the user.
