Currently, we only have due date as an option for our tasks and subtasks...

The date/time picker is only available for start and due date "changes"... I must be missing something really obvious, but cannot find any resources in the community.

Please help.

Thank you, John

Hello @interface-agency ,

The time tracking function that incorporates the due date field in Jira only tracks the date for the due date option and does not act as a date and time picker option, and the reporting functionality that relies on this field also only includes the date functionality.

We had a feature request tracking interest in adding additional granularity via a date and time option, but it was closed out as a feature that is not planned to be implemented, details on this can be seen in the following feature request, but the recommended workaround is to use the DateTime custom field and then build out a custom report for your tracking needs:

For custom reporting options you could look into a third-party reporting tool in the marketplace:

Or you could use the free Excel or Google Sheets connector tools, provided by Atlassian, to feed the Jira issues data to the external spreadsheet to build out a report in the spreadsheets:

Regards,
Earl
