How to use automation to label issues created from 2 different forms?

I am new to Jira and I tried to search online regarding my question but no luck.

We got 2 different forms linked to a business project board.
I hope to automate the labelling so that I know a particular issue is created from which form.

Is such function available and can you please share how to set it up step by step?
