How to unlock EPICK LINK in Custom fields?

EPICK LINK LOCKED This configuration item is locked by Jira or one of its plugins.  I'm not allowed to alter its configuration. How can i unlock this fields?

Hi @e_shakalov  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You definitely should not unlock or try to alter that field in any way! That field is what ties Epics to their children.

You cannot unlock custom fields if you are using Jira Cloud. Refer to What are locked custom fields 

If you are using Jira Software Server, you can attempt to unlock it at your own risk - Unlock a locked jira software custom field
