How to trigger emails to Vendor?

below are the points need to implement On Certain Project.

  1. Ticket is open/assigned/in-progress status from 15 days without any comment - Ticket should auto cancel, except on hold tickets.
  2. Ticket is on hold status from 7 days then trigger email to stakeholder - For on hold reason.

You could do these with Automation. 

You have pretty much written them with your 2 requirements.

Have a look here Jira Automation | Atlassian do some googling and have give it a go. Ideally in a sandpit project to start with and some shorter time frames (to make it easier to test quickly).
