How to show both letters of initials on Jira tickets

I have a lot of users whose name begins with the letter A. Therefore when tickets are assigned to them, it shows as assigned to A with a different colored background. Is it possible to show the initial of the first and last name?

On atlassian access, each user can customize initials and color of avatar

To use this new feature, please, access your profile on  https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility.

Click on your Avatar > Create initials avatar.

The best (?) solution is to have your users create a unique avatar. They can edit what is displayed in their avatar including the letters. They go click on their avatar select profile and then manage account.
