How to reopen recently closed sprint, including "done" issues

Hi there,

Looking for some help on how to reopen a completed sprint. On other forums, folks have noted using the 'reports' tab to view closed sprints, but my recently closed sprint does not appear here or anywhere else in my project. I did not close out this sprint myself, JIRA automatically did it after the JIRA deadline was up.

Can I get some help/suggestions on how to reopen this sprint?

Hi, Sara.

In order to edit sprints can you double-check that you have the manage sprints permission https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/how-do-jira-permissions-work/

Also, if you are having difficulties locating your sprint, if you are able to locate one of the issues that the sprint contained, you should be able to see any closed/open sprints that the issue belonged to on the right-hand side.

If one shows up here, you will be able to navigate to that board, then the reports section, and then do the following:

Select more (...) > Reopen sprint. The Reopen Sprint dialog will be displayed, showing you the outcome you can expect when the sprint is reopened

Best,

Dillon
