How to remove "CLONE -" after cloning

Ronneth Dhanish October 25, 2022

Hey guys, I have difficulty using automation. I tried doing it but it seems it isn't working. I don't want "CLONE -" in the summary of my issue and subtasks after cloning them. Please tell me what am i doing wrong. Thank you.

Hi @Ronneth Dhanish ,

1. you need to create a branch rule for parent

2. Then choose edit issue as the new action

Trigger will change according to your requirement. If you want to change the issue summery after cloned issue transition you can select transition trigger

Can you please tell me step by step what to do again? I'm sorry, I'm very new to this and really need help. I just want "CLONE -" not to appear in the summary of my subtasks whenever I clone an issue.
