Hello Community,

We want to ensure that there is no performance monitoring among employees. The main point here is that an employee should not explicitly look for how many tickets another employee has processed. Our approach to this is to automatically delete the agent after a certain status has been reached. However, a corresponding JQL query can also be used to search for this changed agent.
Is there a possibility to monitor search queries?
Are search queries logged, so that an admin could evaluate whether search queries were made, which could indicate a performance control of employees?
We are also open to new ideas that limit performance monitoring between employees.

Thanks for any help.
