How to get the logged hours of other team members from Tempo report in a Team-managed project

Edited

If the project type in Jira Cloud is a Team-managed business project, the Tempo report only issues the hours logged by the user himself. The user does not get a worklog of the hours of the entire project, the hours of other team members.

How to get the logged hours of other team members from Tempo report in a Team-managed business project?

Hi @Anne Kokk

Access to view the worklogs of other users in Tempo can be given via the Tempo Team permissions or the JIRA project permissions.

In both cases, the viewer needs to have access to view the issues within the project (Browse Projects permission/ Project Access).

On Tempo Team level, the permission is given via the "View worklogs" permission for the team(s); please see the Team permission documentation

As team-managed projects are not using the JIRA permission schemes, access to view the worklogs of others on the project level needs to be given for each project individually.
This is done in Project Settings, Access, Manage Roles. Create or edit an existing role and give the permission in the "App permissions" tab. Please take a look at this KB  for more information.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply, adding Tempo Team "View worklogs" helped!
