How to get out of a spam project invitation ?

I received a JIRA invitaiton, and since I am always involved in many projects I took the bait.  Now I am stuck in a project which I cannot leave:

Is there a mark as spam and leave project option somewhere?  To leave a project the admins must approve, but that won't work as this is a spam invite which I accidently accepted.

Best thing to do is forward any email you get from this system to abuse@atlassian.com - you don't need to explain why you're forwarding it, and ideally, don't edit any part of it.
