How to download the attachment through automation

I use the free version which storyage is 2G.

I want to down the attachment on local computer if it is full.

But what should I do? 

Anyone can help me?

I am not aware of anyway to do that automatically. You will need to open the issue, manually download the file, and then delete the attachment on the issue.
