Hello Can You please Briefly Explain Can we create JIRA Tickets/RFC Using Email In an Automated manner.
Let's Say person A wants to Create RFC related Some Business Change But he/she has mailed me regarding that RFC and JIRA has created Automated RFC for it.
Is there any way to automate RFC/Ticket Creation.

You can define incoming mail server to create issues via email.
