How to compare a issue's field with another issue?

Hi community,

When I create a new issue, I want it to compare one of the fields with the same named field on another type of issue.

I want to link these issues when the values match.

Is there any way to do this?

I've been trying these rules but none seems to work with between issues, only checking the fields for the given issue.
