How to check CC contacts in a request

Hi,

I had been using Jira for a while now. I noticed that there is no option to see whether there's any additional email IDs are kept in loop/CC when we receive a query/ticket. I had checked this internally, but no one could provide appropriate details.

I'm hoping there is some filter which helps me enable it. If there's no such option then this complicates the things furthermore by not being able to see who's in loop and who's not.
