How to change the admin and add a new member (once the admin left the company)

We are not able to add members due to the fact that the person who left the company was the admin.

@k.morkisz  Do you have the site admin rights?

You need to have admin rights for this.

That's the issue. The person who created our Jira board is no longer working with us and we don't know how to change the admin.

@k.morkisz You will need to work with your IT team to gain account access to the authorized contact's email.

It is not possible to access the the authorized contact as the e-mail account was already deleted. Where can I request the change of admin? Is there any e-mail address I can contact?

@k.morkisz There is one solution, you can get in touch with your IT team person or you need to raise the ticket to Atlassian via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
