As we are Dealing with many current projects and Plan. how do i configure the setting with which Every/Certain stage change mails can be automatically generated and send to Dedicated User/Groups.

You can do this in a few ways:

 

1. Update your workflow with custom notifications to be sent out.

2. Jira automation - This will depend on your cloud subscription plan. Here's a link for further details: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation
