How to Control entry of Unauthorized Users

The above domain URL is Giving Account Creation Access To unauthorized users how can we stop/Control this. As they are able to create their  jira account Themselves

Check the access settings for your Organization. Refer to

https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/specify-how-users-get-site-access/

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com.

Select your Organization (if you have more than one).

Select Products.

Select User Access Settings.

Are there domains listed under the Approved Domains that are automatically granted access to products?

Check User Invites. Are users allowed to invite other users without requiring admin approval?
