A colleague is unable to have a kanban view of all her task when filtered. See screenshots.

This shows the view I get when I (Admin) filter the name and this is what she would like to have. What can I do?

In your screen your Group By option is set to Status, and then you have used the Assignee Avatar filter. Notice that the column headers on your screen are issue Status values.
It appears that the user has instead changed the Group By option to Assignee. Notice that the column headers on their screen are Assignees.
The user needs to change their Group By option to Status, and then use the Assignee Avatars to filter the issues.
