How do I manage labels?

I'm looking to easily manage Labels in one spot. Is that possible in Jira?

Hi, @Josh Mendleson !

There is no out-of-box feature to managing labels, as I know. 

Each user can create new label or re-use existing. 

If you want to clear "similar label" you need to add "correct" label and delete "previous/similar".

Maybe it is alreasy exist any external apps for this feature... Look at Marketplace.
