How do I manage access to users on my company domain from looking at work management?

for example, a company by name XYZ and with xyz domain on jira has access to all the projects. How do i control that.

I'm assuming you're in Jira Cloud since you're posting on the JWM product area. Let me know if that's different.

You can set up project permissions and role-based access to control access in Jira Cloud. You might be able to look at your product access settings. Have a look at How does product access work? documentation page, which should give you better insights into that.
