I AM the Jira owner for our org- but now I want to create a sandbox and realize that I don't have access to do such things - I am unsure WHO to contact - Can someone help?
first it is important to know that Sandbox is only available on Premium. To see if you have access click on the product selection tile menu in top left and select Administration. Select Products in the tabs then Sandbox in sidebar. If you can access this and are on premium you should be able to create the sandbox.
