I'm trying to add multiple sub tasks with different workflows, but all i see is create subtask and when i go to issue types and add issue type I can't seem to add another sub type task
Take a look at the project type at the bottom left of the project displays - does it say "team managed" or "company managed"?
Ah, that's it then.
TMPs only allow for one sub-task, there's no multiple sub-task types.
Hi Michael - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You will need to be a Jira Administrator, but go to Settings > Issues > Sub-tasks.
There you can add a new Sub-task type.
It's as Nic said - since it is a Team-managed project, there is only one Sub-task type available.
