Good Afternoon.
I have a project wit a provider and i want oto copy it but i can't find how to it.
1. It is possible to do it.
2. Are all attributes copied? That is, if i have 5 phases in my project and the supplier has 7 phases, is there no problem?
Buenas tardes.
I am from Revyz, there are atleast two options I know of:
1. Use the Cloud 2 Cloud Migration tool that Atlassian provides to copy projects from one cloud instance to another - This will copy over the entire project Including data
2. Use The Revyz Data Manager app to granularly copy over data & configuration from one cloud site to another
I am happy to do a zoom session to help you address this issue if need be.
Thanks
Vish
We have just released an update for Deep Clone for Jira that enables you to clone whole projects, including their configuration of schemes between different Jira instances.

If you just want to copy the issues, you could export them in the CSV format from your supplier's instance and import them on your company instance. But this will not copy project configurations, workflows and so on. To do this, you would have to work with a complete backup of the instance, but I think this won't be a viable approach in your case.
Hope this helps.
