We have an individual that is working on two different teams and needs for his work/JIRA cards to be duplicated on both boards for visibility. And as cards are updated on one board that information will be duplicated on the other board as well.

Hello @Lisa Campbell

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you working with Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center?

As @Mohanraj Thangamuthu indicated, if you are working with Jira Software projects and they are Company Managed, the filter for the board can be modified to include issues from other projects. Then the issues don't have to actually be replicated.

If you are not working with Software project, or are working with Team Managed projects (which applies only to Jira Cloud), then the board filter can't be modified.

If you want to actually copy an issue into a second project and then keep changes synchronized between the two copies, it may be possible to do that with Automation Rules. But that depends on whether you are using Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center, as the two hosting types don't support the same functionality for Automation Rules.

Hello, Good day. This is possible if you are using Jira software project board. You can edit the board filter JQL query to include issues from different project. Could you confirm if you are using Jira software project or Jira work management project ?
