How can I stop getting invited to spam Jira Service Management things?

For the last few weeks I've gotten invites to at least 7 of these invites, even though until today I didn't even have an Atlassian account.

Even without joining, I was getting phishing spam notifications that were being created on the product. The advice I found was to forward the emails to abuse@atlassian.com, which I have

I kept getting more emails so I created an account today to post here. I looked around and the 'products' that added me without my consent (or even an atlassian account) still exist. I've gone in and messed up the place, deleting the dangerous links, but I suspect it's more work for me to do that than it is for the spammer to create and populate an account.

Here is a list of the ones that are still on my account:

hw9tfu2.atlassian.net/
xv2dt4n.atlassian.net
xd7vcyj.atlassian.net
n0xadzh.atlassian.net
ocalthx.atlassian.net
gmrjb2a.atlassian.net
fmyip80.atlassian.net

How can I stop being added to these things without my consent? It's not even clear to me how I could leave these sites short of deleting my Atlassian account, though I don't think that would solve anything anyway.

@frig off , I have flagged for someone to have a look. I guess they will check it within 24h.

Thanks for reporting these sites to us.  I have flagged these sites with my anti-abuse team for review. One of these has already been suspended, I expect the others will be suspended shortly.

Forwarding spam message to our abuse@atlassian.com address can be helpful to us, thank you for doing that.  Admittedly, we have been seeing a high volume of this kind of abuse recently, so the abuse team has a high volume of such reports to review.

As for how to stop these, I don't have a clear set of steps to follow to achieve this.  Please continue to report any site that is sending spam to us so that we can process and take down sites that are violating our terms of service.
