How can I link Jira to Factorial?

We have Factorial as HR system and I want to link Jira work management to it so I can visualize the team's tasks in a Kanban view.

can you help me please integrate Jira into Factorial, as I searched online and found that it is doable.

It looks like Factorial has an app that you need to install on their end in order to integrate it to Jira. Here is the app, https://factorialhr.com/apps/integration/jira

Based on the description the integration only allows for creating and removing users, not syncing tasks between the two.
