How can I implement Microsoft Teams in JIRA Automation?

I would like to create an automation rule. I want it to send a notification to MS Teams every Wednesday at 9am with the tasks that are currently pending.

My problem is the link to MS Teams. The webhhook I need to create is not working.

Can anyone help me with this?
