How can I disable, hide, or remove a Form after I create one in a Work Management project?

I created a form in a Work Management project. I was just exploring the Forms feature, but it seems that the form was created immediately and published in a default configuration for any user that has Issue Create permission in the project. I don't actually want users to use the Form yet.

How can I disable, hide, or remove the Form?

There is no way to delete it once it is created.  The good thing is no one except admins can see it unless you share it with them.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/collect-information-with-forms/
