The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
We just signed up for the Jira Work Management trial. This is listed under 'active subscriptions', but with 0 users. (In the rest of our Atlassian products we have ~150 users.
Furthermore, and maybe this is related to the above issue with 0 users, I am able to create a Business Project, but not access if after creation. I just get an error message 'you don't have the rights to this project'. Also the business project doesn't appear in the list of suggested projects when I try to create a new issue.
Any pointers are appreciated.
Thanks,
Marianne
Hi @J Daugherty,
Thanks for your input.
Yes, I'm the Jira admin, which was why it was so strange that I couldn't access the board.
But got assistance from one of the other admins, apparently there was some group permissions I had gotten wrong.
Cheers,
Marianne
