Hi,
I would like to create a client facing report that would function as a weekly update. I am not looking for a graphical representation of our data (I see lots of those options in the reports area already).
Instead, I am looking for a report that shows each Jira ticket that is say In Progress, Waiting on Client, Ready for UAT, and then status updates beside each one. I know I could export to excel, but was hoping for a little cleaner solution.
One of our clients has us using their Monday.com board to lead the weekly update meeting for them. I am trying to figure out how to use Jira (where our work is done) so that I do not have to do double work by moving to Monday.
Thanks for anyone who has ideas!
Hi @Mark Dallas , welcome to the community.
What about creating filters that present the lists you require and setting up a subscription for them to run a weekly? There are options to integrate Monday with Jira in the market place as well. Also, you mention "status updates beside each one" but unsure what constitutes a status update. In the past I have created a "Latest status" text field and requested that my team keep it updated.
Jack thanks for the quick response.
I will give those solutions a try, particularly using the filter and subscription.
