We have connected our companys jira to github through the JIRA to Github integration. Both of our repositories are shown as downloaded and both atlassian and github settings show that both services are communicating. The problem is whenever me or someone else on the team tries to create a branch on Github through JIRA we are met with this screen
I have made sure to check whethere github is in fact integrated with JIRA several times. Made sure to change the IP allowlist. That didn't work. Also made sure that I had writing permissions to the repo. I don't know what to check for or what I can do at this point. I am having the same issue over and over it always says, "We couldn't fetch the branches because something went wrong. Please try again later."
