Got a bug in jira software. User is not able to attach file in description after 30 min

Step to reproduce

• Open jira board
• Click on create and select task or bug in drop down
• Write description and acceptance criteria
• Try to attach screenshots after 25 to 30 minutes
• You will not be able to create task and bug
