Você pode configurar um filtro que recuperará pendências em que a data de vencimento está no passado para um responsável.
assignee=currentUser() and duedate < now()
Você pode compartilhar esse filtro e pedir aos responsáveis que configurem assinaturas para esse filtro. Se os responsáveis forem pessoas em grupos de usuários, você poderá configurar as assinaturas a serem entregues a esses grupos de usuários, em vez de cada indivíduo ter que criar uma assinatura.
O indivíduo que recebe a saída do filtro por meio da assinatura verá a saída apenas para os problemas em que é o Responsável.

Yes, this is possible.
You can set up a filter that will retrieve issues where the Due Date is in the past for an Assignee.
assignee=currentUser() and duedate < now()
You can share that filter and ask the people who are Assignees to set up Subscriptions to that filter. If the Assignees are people in User Groups, you can set up the Subscriptions to be delivered to those User Groups rather than each individual having to create a subscription.
The individual receiving the filter output through the subscription will see output for only issues where they are the Assignee.

I would like to know how I can make Jira send notification emails to those responsible for the task and the project, as soon as it becomes overdue. It's possible?
If it were possible to send an alert reminding you of the late task as well, that would be ideal.
