Form is unavilable

Hi guys, I am trying to configure the form for my project, but all the time it is returning as the form is unavailable. 

- I am the admin of this project

- This project is open to all company

Any idea that I am making some mistake?

Welcome to the community

Only Jira and project admins (or users with project admin permissions) can create, edit, and delete forms so it seems like you’ve got all the prerequisites covered. 

There was a similar community post where a user was getting an error even though they were an admin.

Try logging out and back in. If that doesn’t solve it, then perhaps create a support ticket: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
