Is there a way to differentiate issues created via Form and issues created manually?
Hi @Mahima Srivastav , if you're talking about the Jira Work Management forms we append a Label called "business-form" to every issue created through the form. Cheers!

Try searching on the field "customer request type". If this field is not empty it means that the issue was created through the portal
"Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY
