Form based issues VS Manually Created issues

Is there a way to differentiate issues created via Form and issues created manually?

Hi @Mahima Srivastav , if you're talking about the Jira Work Management forms we append a Label called "business-form" to every issue created through the form. Cheers!

Once you removed the field 'labels' you can't get this automatic labeling back. I accidently removed the field, created a form, got the field back, but now it's not generating the label "business-form"

Hi Mahima,

Try searching on the field "customer request type". If this field is not empty it means that the issue was created through the portal

"Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY

Hi, this didn't work for me. Maybe because I am working on JIRA Work Management and not Service Management
