Filter function

Carolin Scharke February 16, 2022

Hello!

In one of our sub-projects in Jira Big Picture, we use so-called "components" to subdivide the project.

If we use these components, the filtering (JQL and text) does not work. The result is greyed out headlines, but no real results. Bildschirmfoto 2022-02-16 um 21.21.28.png

We also get the follwing error message:

If we do not use components in other sub-projects, the filtering works without problems.

What is the reason for this and what can I do about it?

When you say "so called components" what do you mean? Are we talking about components configured in the components section of a Jira project? If so, they are project specific, so can't be used in other projects.

Which leads to, what do you mean by Sub-projects??
