Facing problem for Admin rights

I have created one group , since I am creator for this I should be able add and remove users to it, But this is what it is showing (Your actions are limited as you don’t have permission to manage this group) earlier it was showing me the options now it doesn't.
Does Jira has implemented any new policy or any new upgrade regarding this.

Where is this Group? And where are you seeing the error specifically?

And what Admin level do you have?

do i need super admins to perform such tasks

task- to add or remove from product access
task2- to add or remove from Admin rights

You can see the different types of admin roles on this help page

There's a table on there which compares the 4 different admin roles - you need to be an Org Admin or User Access Admin to manage group membership. However, if the Group provides access to a product, you might also need Site Admin or Product Admin.
