Hi,
I have just setup the demo of Jira Work Management. I was hoping to import my data and media but when I try to do an import I get an error that I need to run a backup. I then try to run the backup and get the following error :
I have tried both backup for cloud and backup for server. They both seem to completed to 100% then give this same error.
I've had a search on here but don't see anyone else reporting this error.
Any assistance would be appreciated

Found a bug that relates to this issue. Resolution seems to be to create a holiday. Not exactly sure what this refers to but ill have a search through the docs.

In case anyone else experiences the same error, be sure to put a holiday in each calender you have listed under Project Settings > SLA > Calendar. I only entered holidays into our active calendar and couldn't work out why we still received the same error when backing up.
